All my cakes are freshly homemade from scratch. I don't like to compromise on flavour so I will always endeavour to use the finest ingredients I can. I'm always striving to bring you the best tastes and textures and regularly ask for feedback to make sure my cakes are truly delicious! And, of course, all my cakes come with a Free Range Egg Promise. This means I pledge always to use eggs from hens who can roam happily around the farmyard.
(When I say flavours I mean real flavour from real food! I don't like to use artificial flavours in my cakes.)
I am open to requests for flavours that do not appear on the menu -please ask, I will try to help you if I can.

Fondant covered cakes are usually coated in chocolate ganache (plain, milk or white) before icing, for an extra delicious and ultra-crisp finish.
I am able to make "dairy free" or "gluten free" recipes, however, I am working from a domestic kitchen and although my hygiene standards are impeccably high, there MAY BE TRACES OF NUTS, EGG, GLUTEN OR DAIRY as these foods are handled in my kitchen.
